Taylor not only uses, but “loves to communicate” with Easter eggs:

She’s been embedding this clues since the beginning:
Taylor tells us she WANTS people to really read her lyrics:
Now we’ll go through several examples of Easter eggs Taylor has very intentionally embedded within the lyrics of her songs.

Exhibit A]: We have the same amount of evidence (2 descriptions & 1 specific) for WHO
Het A] Taylor has never confirmed or (publicly) apologized, but everyone is certain that Better than Revenge is about Camilla Belle

Het 1] Prep School:

Het 2] An actress:

Het 3] Name checking JoBros song: Much Better had lines about the Jaylor (1.0) breakup:

Queer A] Cruel Summer has some decidedly Karlie Kloss references:

Q1] Victoria’s Secret Angel and a new shape of body
Q2] Literally low at the vending machine (a very random line, indeed)
Context: The vending machine pic appears to be after:

Karlie is wearing the “Gold Rush” dress that we know Taylor noticed
(we’ll talk about this a bit later):
If Taylor and Karlie had been together, I can imagine this event might be triggering for Taylor

Q3: Taylor’s comings and goings from Karlie’s garden gate in New York:
Q4] looks up grinning like a devil:

At the 1975 concert people thought they saw Taylor and Karlie getting intimate and maybe even kissing (KissGate):
The person capturing this moment on camera is looking UP at the platform during the concert “grinning like the devil” because they caught the private moment and rumors spiraled afterwards.

The last known picture of them together:

Conclusion:
Do you see my point? When there are lyrical connections to MEN, everybody attributes it easily to that boyfriend. It takes 1 picture of coffee. One liner note. One article. When the lyrics connect to a WOMAN everybody loses their mind and does mental gymnastics to UN-connect it, if you will. The amount of evidence required to attribute that song to a female muse is impossible to reach, goal-posts always moving, nay-saying and nit-picking ubiquitous. It’s to the point that people who do not acknowledge these obvious connections that Taylor is strongly pointing to are gaslighting the people who pick up what she’s putting down. Just think about why.
