Karlie Kloss. The Who’s Who of Who’s That- Known for

11 September 2016 Karlie is at the US Open with sketchy wealthy and elite people:

The Who’s Who of Who’s That

[I know you know these vignettes are meant to be scanned. We're just putting Karlie Kloss and Lily Donaldson into context (we're working toward that, anyway). Get a sense of the wealth, the connections, the sketchy deeds. We're working back to modeling, yacht girls, and then how that relates to Taylor's (possible, and sometimes alleged) ex-girlfriends]

Karlie Kloss

In her own words:

On Monday night, the supermodel reiterated their bond in a series of tweets when she wrote, “I will not allow the media to misconstrue my words. Taylor has always had my back and I will always have hers. [A]nd I will never be the girl that you can use to pit women against each other. That isn’t me.”

In an interview with the U.K.’s The Times, Kloss was reported to have said about Kardashian West, “I think she’s been a lovely person to me in the past,” before adding, “Look, I really don’t know her that well.”

"I think there's this idea of if you can't see it, you can't be it," says the supermodel, who enrolled in a coding bootcamp at New York City's Flatiron School in 2014. In addition to Kode With Klossy's focus on education, Kloss says the organization makes an effort "to shine a light on incredible [female] leaders in the space."

“At the end of the day, I’ve had to make decisions based on my own moral compass—forget what the public says, forget social media,” she told Vogue. “I’ve chosen to be with the man I love despite the complications. It’s frustrating, to be honest, that the spotlight is always shifted away from my career toward my relationship. I don’t think the same happens in conversations with men.”

Known for:

Being Taylor Swift’s (former?) best friend.

Marrying a Trump-adjacent Kushner.

Famous for her trademark "panther" walk, Karlie Kloss began modeling when she was 15 years old. She was so immediately successful that Elite sued NEXT for the right to claim that they had discovered her.

While many high school girls have bought copies of Vogue, few can say they’ve been featured in the iconic fashion magazine.

But Webster Groves 18-year-old Karlie Kloss is the publication’s ‘it’ girl, gracing its pages more than any other model in 2009. The following year Kloss walked in more than 70 shows in four countries, and did dozens of print advertising campaigns and editorial spreads.

She has appeared at the top of everyone's "Best Model List", and has walked in runway shows for such designers as, Calvin Klein, Marc Jacobs, Zac Posen, Givenchy, Versace, and Elie Saab, among many others.

In 2012, she partnered with Walmart to develop a line of fashion-forward denim jeans, giving her fans access to her effortlessly cool style. [I see it, forgive the author, most of their stuff was in Chinese characters,

so I think it’s an ESL misspelling.]

Kloss was featured in a wide range of advertisements for prominent fashion brands. These included Jean Paul Gaultier, Donna Karan, Yves Saint Laurent, Lacoste, Topshop, Uniqlo, American Eagle, Victoria's Secret, Adidas, and many others. She later stated that she left Victoria's Secret because the brand did not gel with her feminist beliefs.

By 2019, she had appeared on more than 40 international covers of "Vogue" magazine

Also in 2019,In 2018, Karlie became the new host for "Project Runway," replacing Heidi Klum  and also acting as an executive producer. In 2019, she narrated an episode of "Explained" on Netflix.

Outside of the fashion world,  Kloss studied at New York University. Kloss is passionate about STEM education and founded the "Kode with Klossy" camp to teach young girls about programming.
