The Who’s Who of Who’s That
[I know you know these vignettes are meant to be scanned. We're just putting Karlie Kloss and Lily Donaldson into context (we're working toward that, anyway). Get a sense of the wealth, the connections, the sketchy deeds. We're working back to modeling, yacht girls, and then how that relates to Taylor's (possible, and sometimes alleged) ex-girlfriends]

Jan 2023 it was reported that Jared Kushner’s younger brother, Josh, 37, sold a stake in his venture firm, Thrive Capital, to a group of big-name investors, who paid $175 million; the deal valued Thrive at $5.3 billion - which makes Josh’s personal wealth worth $3.7 billion.
It makes him richer than Donald Trump, whose net worth is estimated at $2.6 billion
and also richer than his brother, Jared whose fund, Affinity is much smaller even after the Saudis, controversially, invested $2 billion in it.
Kushner is also the co-founder of Oscar Health, a health insurance start-up
and Cadre, a technology platform designed to help certain types of clients invest in real estate.
JK2 (also known as Westminster Management), a real estate management company, his brother Jared owns the other 50%.
Joshua Kushner is a minority owner of the Memphis Grizzlies basketball team.

The 7,200 sq ft abode includes five bedrooms and seven-and-a-half bathrooms with an outdoor space spanning over 5,100 sq ft, according to the listing. They reportedly listed their previous penthouse in the Big Apple for US$23.5 million, per People.
Meanwhile, in sunny Miami, the entrepreneurial duo also dropped US$23.5 million on an eight-bedroom waterfront mansion on North Bay Road, just 10 minutes from a plot of land Jared and Ivanka previously bought, according to British media.
Wedding-
Kloss and Kusher initially tied the knot during an intimate wedding in upstate New York, where she wore a custom bridal gown with a massive train by Dior Couture.
Their second wedding reportedly took place at Brush Creek Ranch, where a max-occupancy luxury cabin can cost as much as $9,000 a night. Afterwards, the two spent their honeymoon in South Africa, where they took a safari and spent time exploring the great outdoors.

Joel Cutler, a mentor and fellow venture capitalist based in the Boston area, introduced him to Andrew Golden, who runs PRINCO, the Princeton Endowment fund. PRINCO invested in Thrive, and it expanded from there. Josh hired three partners, Chris Paik, Jared Weinstein, and Will Gaybrick; each had skill sets that complemented the others’. The money snowballed. Yale, Duke, Harvard, the Ford Foundation, and the Wellcome Trust all invested in the company.
The companies Josh invested in were helmed by some of the most creative minds in the tech industry: Daniel Ek of Spotify, Kevin Systrom of Instagram, and Neil Blumenthal and Dave Gilboa of Warby Parker.

Troubles/(Alleged) Crimes:
Kushner's JK2 was also featured in an episode of Netflix's Dirty Money series titled "Slumlord Millionaire."[38] The episode was based on an expose from ProPublica accusing the company of abusing tenants rights, leaving homes in disrepair, humiliating late-paying renters and suing tenants when they try and move out.[39]
Story in The New York Times Magazine on a company called JK2 Westminster L.L.C., which for years relentlessly pursued former tenants of its Baltimore-area housing developments for unpaid rent. In Warren’s case, the single mother of three had received written permission to break her lease early, and she owed no rent, but Westminster sued her anyway — for $3,014.08. She ended up losing on a series of technicalities — she did not have a lawyer — and the company went so far as to garnish her wages from her in-home elder-care job.
Warren was initially unable to locate the document showing she had permission to leave, and a Baltimore County judge awarded JK2 Westminster a judgment of nearly $5,000 against her, including court and late fees. The Baltimore-area law firm that handles all of the cases against the Kushner Companies’ local tenants then got a court order to garnish Warren’s wages and bank account — she changed jobs soon afterward, but her bank account was cleaned out.
Around the same time, she got her hands on a copy of the document showing she had received permission to move and presented it in court, but the Kushner attorneys kept up their pursuit, eventually securing a court lien against her for the remaining $4,615 she allegedly owed. That lien has marred her credit record, making it hard for her to secure loans, including the one she would need to launch the small assisted living center she dreams of opening.
But after the ProPublica/New York Times article appeared, featuring her treatment by Kushner Companies, lawyers at the Baltimore office of Ballard Spahr, a nationwide law firm, stepped forward offering to take on Warren’s case pro bono. They contacted the Kushner Companies’ local lawyer, Jeffrey Tapper, and earlier this month, the company agreed to a stipulation releasing Warren from the $4,615 lien — more than seven years after she moved out of Cove Village.
In April 2021, a Judge ruled that JK2 was found to have committed "widespread and numerous" violations of Maryland's consumer protection laws at Baltimore-area properties by collecting debts without the required licenses, charging tenants improper fees, and misrepresenting the condition of rental units.[35][36][37]
During the COVID-19 pandemic, JK2 filed a significant number of lawsuits against tenants for debt collection and eviction, despite an eviction moratorium being in place.[40]
Ameliorations:
He donated $2,600, which is $100 less than the maximum amount permitted by an individual, to the Democrat Beto O'Rourke's campaign for a US Senate seat in Texas last October.
The younger Kushner has also donated to former President Barack Obama and Democratic Sens. Cory Booker and Bob Menendez of New Jersey.
A spokesman for Josh Kushner told Esquire in August 2016 that he was a lifelong Democrat, and didn’t plan to vote for Trump.
On his brother's first day helping lead the Trump administration, January 21, 2017, Josh Kushner attended the Women's March in Washington:
The couple last year attended the March for Our Lives calling for stricter gun control.
