11 September 2016 Karlie is at the US Open with sketchy wealthy and elite people:

The Who’s Who of Who’s That

[I know you know these vignettes are meant to be scanned. We're just putting Karlie Kloss and Lily Donaldson into context (we're working toward that, anyway). Get a sense of the wealth, the connections, the sketchy deeds. We're working back to modeling, yacht girls, and then how that relates to Taylor's (possible, and sometimes alleged) ex-girlfriends]

Karlie Kloss

Assets:

Tied with Jenner at No. 3 is Karlie Kloss, who doubled her earnings since 2015 by clocking more campaigns than any other model on the ranking. She advertised for 18 different brands in our scoring period, including Express , L’Oréal and Swarovski.

In 2018, Karlie earned $14 million from her various endeavors

In 2024 she has a net worth of $40 million [IDK what % is Kushner $$$].

She has also invested in several startups, including Paige.ai, a medical diagnostics technology company.

High-carat cushion cut diamond in a platinum solitaire setting with a diamond pavé band. Jewelry experts tell Money the ring likely cost anywhere between $200,000 and $500,000 due to its stunning center diamond and overall quality.

Weddings-

Kloss and Kusher initially tied the knot during an intimate wedding in upstate New York, where she wore a custom bridal gown with a massive train by Dior Couture.

Custom Dior design by Maria Grazia Chiuri. In fact, her white gown looked quite similar to the custom, $400 thousand Alexander McQueen dress that Kate Middleton wore to marry Prince William in 2011.

Their second wedding reportedly took place at Brush Creek Ranch, where a max-occupancy luxury cabin can cost as much as $9,000 a night

Afterwards, the two spent their honeymoon in South Africa, where they took a safari and spent time exploring the great outdoors.

Real Estate-

West Village townhouse

After listing her townhouse co-op in the West Village for $2.75 million last September, supermodel and philanthropist Karlie Kloss has found a buyer at the slightly reduced price of $2,382,609, reported CityRealty. The three-bedroom triplex at 151 Charles Street is chic and contemporary and has both a front garden and a second-floor terrace. Kloss bought it in 2012 for $1,975,000.

What sets this home apart is the fact that it offers townhouse living spread across three floors but is actually a co-op. Behind a wrought iron gate, a secluded front garden leads to the front door.

The south-facing master has four closets, as well as an entire wall of floor-to-ceiling closets that were added for additional storage. There’s a glass-tiled bathroom with another skylight, and a gorgeous private terrace overlooking Charles Street.

Puck Penthouse

In 2021, they forked out up to US$42.5 million on a penthouse in NYC’s Puck Building. Known as Penthouse 1, the duplex residence — which spans more than 7,200 square feet and includes five bedrooms and seven-and-a-half bathrooms — also encompasses an outdoor area that stretches more than 5,100 square feet, according to the listing. Upon entry, an elevator opens to a grand atrium, which leads to the double living room with a fireplace and an expansive north-facing terrace, which also holds a fireplace.

The chef’s kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances by La Cornue, Sub Zero, Wolf and Smeg.

With an outdoor space spanning over 5,100 sq ft, according to the listing.

They reportedly listed their previous penthouse in the Big Apple for US$23.5 million, per People.

Florida!!!

Meanwhile, in sunny Miami, the entrepreneurial duo also dropped US$23.5 million on an 5,552-square-foot, eight-bedroom, seven-bathroom waterfront mansion on North Bay Road, just 10 minutes from a plot of land Jared and Ivanka previously bought, according to British media.

The home features 75 feet of water frontage, a dock, pool and loggia, and a separate two-bedroom guest house, according to the listing.

Enjoy living in this exquisite waterfront estate on prestigious N Bay Rd. A picturesque courtyard greets you as you enter this captivating residence. Large stained-glass windows bring in an abundance of natural light with high ceilings and sparkling views of the bay.

Exuding charm with its classic architectural elements, surrounded by the serenity of the water's edge the home boasts 75 ft of prime waterfrontage, beautiful stone and wood floors, an architecturally stunning Victorian spiral staircase with soaring ceilings and a spacious primary suite overlooking the water.

The outdoors feature a plunge pool and elegant loggia, the perfect setting for Miami’s best sunsets.

A separate guest house with two bedrooms overlooks the stunning courtyard.

Wave House-

Designed by self-taught and wildly imaginative midcentury architect Harry Gesner in the early 1960s for friends and fellow surfers Gerry and Glenn Cooper, Wave House rests amid a 0.7-acre parcel on a beach in a secluded cove. The home is easily recognizable with its jagged, undulating roofline resembling a series of cresting waves and donning hand-cut copper shingles evoking the scales of a fish. The place also looks somewhat like a sea turtle when viewed from above.

In August 2024, Josh and Karlie paid $29.5 million for a famous home in Malibu that is known as the "Wave House." The layout is also believed to be designed to look like the Sydney Opera House.

Situated atop stilts on an acre of beachfront land, the compound spans 6,200 square feet and boasts six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows and three wrap-around terraces perfect for taking in the waterfront views.

The home had been listed a year earlier for a bit under $50 million. Rod Stewart  lived in the home in the 1970s and it was most recently owned by the rate record executive Mo Ostin.

Once inside, six bedrooms and eight baths are filtered across just over 6,400 square feet of living space boasting bleached hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings with whitewashed beams, and vast expanses of glass. There’s also a trio of circular wraparound decks, plus a detached garage/guesthouse.

The two-story structure’s main level has three sizable oceanfront living areas, including one with a massive fireside conversation pit, as well as a beachfront primary suite equipped with a hot tub and a sauna.

Five more bedrooms can be found on the upper level, which stretches the entire width of the property.
