Taylor not only uses, but “loves to communicate” with Easter eggs:

She’s been embedding this clues since the beginning:
Taylor tells us she WANTS people to really read her lyrics:
Now we’ll go through several examples of Easter eggs Taylor has very intentionally embedded within the lyrics of her songs.

5] Exhibit E: Taylor leaves an obvious, traceable nod in her lyrics to the muse:
Het E] Joe gets buzz cut and my hair bleached for their appearances at the Met Gala:

Queer E] Taylor writes a song called Wonderland, detailing a secret relationship that is risky
Q1E] Dianna Agron is obsessed with Alice in Wonderland
Q2E] Taylor indicates the queer relationship with “too in love to think STRAIGHT”

Q2Ea] Taylor uses the same Alice in Wonderland reference that Dianna named her Tumblr:

Q2Eb] Taylor used the AiW “curious” specifically and Dianna had a post using it:

Q3E] After the track dropped Dianna pretty much immediately removed her Wonderland tattoo:

Conclusion:

Conclusion:
Do you see my point? When there are lyrical connections to MEN, everybody attributes it easily to that boyfriend. It takes 1 picture of coffee. One liner note. One article. When the lyrics connect to a WOMAN everybody loses their mind and does mental gymnastics to UN-connect it, if you will. The amount of evidence required to attribute that song to a female muse is impossible to reach, goal-posts always moving, nay-saying and nit-picking ubiquitous. It’s to the point that people who do not acknowledge these obvious connections that Taylor is strongly pointing to are gaslighting the people who pick up what she’s putting down. Just think about why.
