Taylor not only uses, but “loves to communicate” with Easter eggs:

She’s been embedding this clues since the beginning:
Taylor tells us she WANTS people to really read her lyrics:
Now we’ll go through several examples of Easter eggs Taylor has very intentionally embedded within the lyrics of her songs.

Exhibit C] Lyrics that lead back to visuals:
Het C] Midnight Rain harkens back to Twilight actor, Taylor Lautner:

Het C1] the Twilight series apparently uses many montages, including maybe a wolf one w/Jacob (I haven’t watched them)

Het C2] Jacob indicates he cliff jumps in New Moon:

Het C2a supplementary/ancillary] pics of Lauter jumping into the ocean:

Queer C] You are in Love has references to the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show that had Taylor singing during the “Snow Angels” segment

Q1] dancing in a snow globe

Conclusion:
Do you see my point? When there are lyrical connections to MEN, everybody attributes it easily to that boyfriend. It takes 1 picture of coffee. One liner note. One article. When the lyrics connect to a WOMAN everybody loses their mind and does mental gymnastics to UN-connect it, if you will. The amount of evidence required to attribute that song to a female muse is impossible to reach, goal-posts always moving, nay-saying and nit-picking ubiquitous. It’s to the point that people who do not acknowledge these obvious connections that Taylor is strongly pointing to are gaslighting the people who pick up what she’s putting down. Just think about why.
